Luis Franco

Luis brings over three decades of executive finance experience across founder-owned, private equity, and public organizations in healthcare, technology, SaaS, business services, and financial services.

His career spans CFO and senior corporate finance roles in the middle market, as well as advisory and capital markets early in his career. He has led small and large teams across functions through change, restructuring, and growth. He has the experience and ability to work with employees, executives, vendors, boards, investors, and lenders.
